## Questions & Answers

**Q: are these gloves better than 5 finger weighted glove? many reviews state too big**
A: I have small wrists that are about 7 inches around and they fit fine. I have no issues with them while doing the workout. Just make sure you adjust the gloves snugly with the velcro.
