I ordered this on a Thursday, and despite my living in a remote area it was delivered the following day. Amazon are very efficient with their delivery service and the package arrived safely with two items in it. Due to bladder and bowel incontinence, I use the slip type of incontinence pads. They do have ties built in, but I prefer to wear fix pants to keep the pads in place when I am moving about. When I was in hospital, they used disposable nets, so that is what I bought when I cam home. However, I am not a slim person and even the XXL size were too small for me and kept slipping down. My district nurse suggested I consider the re-usable washable fix pants, so I searched on Amazon and found these. Firstly, I could see a massive improvement in quality. The mesh is much finer on these than the disposable kind. They also have legs built in, which helps to create a good fit. The waist has some depth and stretches very well to fit me perfectly. I am so pleased with the high level of comfort and the fact that they accommodate my very large slip pads without problem. Wearing these with my pads makes me feel secure and safe in the knowledge that no matter when or where an accident occurs, it will be contained until I can get to the bathroom to change. I also love the fact that they are washable. The washing machine, and even the tumble dryer do not shrink or alter their stretchability at all. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs fix pants and cannot fault them in any way. Worth at least 6 stars, but I must settle for giving them five. I will be buying more of these, and I can stop looking at alternatives.

Usati da mia moglie nel post parto, questi pantaloncini retati sono stati la sua salvezza. Portando una taglia 52 tutti quelli in commercio delle più note marche la stringevano troppo o addirittura non salivano proprio. Invece questi, con in aggiunta degli assorbenti specifici post parto, sono stati comodi ed essenziali durante tutta la degenza e anche a casa. Noi li abbiamo usati come fossero monouso, ma sono abbastanza robusti e difficili da slabbrarsi, che possono essere tranquillamente lavati e riutilizzati più volte.

Ottime e indispensabili per utilizzare e tenere nella maniera migliore i pannoloni per adulti evitano perdite tenendo più stabile il pannolone e sono molto comode per chi ne fa utilizzo
