I'm a Real Men Apparel Expert.. Trust me. The products from this company are great in general. However, beware of a few things. Sizing across the different styles is not consistent - that goes for the waist size and the pouch size. I'm usually a 28 or 29 waist and a 32 inseam. I have the original Modal Leggings XS/D withOUT the V-Fly and they fit nicely. This V-Fly version is a new product at the time of writing and here is my review. As an experiment, I tried these as an XS/C - because the V opening gives the pouch a little more give. I have tried their V-Fly Boxer Briefs in XS/D, XS/C, and S/D. I like the D pouch for those. However, with the non-V-Fly Leggings, they don't fit as close to the 'perineum' (if you will) unless you pull them up way high, which I often do. This means that pouch isn't up as close/tight and the pouch has more give. These V-Fly Leggings are sited totally differently. They are SOO much tighter. Thewy are durable, but I am afraid that i am going to rip the ankle hole pulling them over my foot. So, if you want them as a true "compression" pant, maybe they are good for that. I'm not sure how the modal will hold up though. Even once they are on, they are stretched so tightly that you can see the shiny spandex fibers shining through. They are of good quality, like all of their products, so rather than returning, I am giving them away and getting a S/D - a waist size up from nor mal and back to my usual pouch size because now that they are in my hands I think I can tell that I will prefer that with the way these look like they will fit. I wear them around the house sometimes but usually as long johns in the winter. Their products are superior, but a word of warning, their customer service is a total hit or miss.. sometimes they are great and sometimes they are a total nightmare.

Fit well with easy access. I'd like to have the option for a heavier weight in the winter though.

They are sheer and had multiple holes within a few wears. My husband is an umpire and enjoys a layer in between his pants and skin but these unfortunately for the price aren't worth it.
