I have used this product off and on for 3 years. It has never failed in its ourpose. Thakes a week or so, so be patient. Have tried others, this is worth the money. I highly recommend.

Ich leider unter Verstopfung und bis jetzt merke ich keine große Veraenderung. Es kann sein, dass ich staerkere Probiotika brauche. Ich wuerde nicht sagen dass diese Probiotika schlecht sind. Jeder muss finden was fuer sich am besten funktioniert.

I tried a pricier type of this supplement first, swayed by the incredibly enthusiastic reviews. A test had shown I had no good bacteria in my stomach whatsoever. With the first attempt I was very uncomfortable for a few weeks, felt great for a fortnight, and then the supplement stopped working entirely. I was back to square one. I turned to this product based on the less gushing, more sensible reviews. So far, so much better. I won't know exactly how much good has been done until my stomach is retested, but I can feel the benefit regardless. I even feel hungry occasionally, something I hadn't experienced for years. So many thousands of us take medication that kills the good bacteria in our intestines without realising it. For me this product seems to reverse some of issues effectively. At a £1 a day, I personally feel this represents good value for money, although I'd obviously love it to be cheaper.
