Review: Device simply does not work and is not plug and play - [Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 (two separate machines) and Windows 11] First things first, this device is not plug and play, Windows is not able to run it and the link to the drivers that Alfa themselves provide is dead. On linux, after installing the correct drivers (with no guidance from Alfa whatsoever), it simply does not work as it draws too much power, despite being tested on a modern motherboard which has USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.2. At this point I'm done troubleshooting and I will be returning it as it nothing more than a plastic brick with a blue led on it. This issue is not isolated, and a quick google search will return dozens of posts complaining that this usb wifi adapter does not work in any way shape or form.

This product works great. It is fully compatible with kali. Does monitor mode and packet injection. Works great. Highly recommended. If your after a wifi adapter where you can test your network security then this USB adapter is the one you want
