Is battery included with the monitor? If not, what type of battery it takes?

It does not come with batteries. When I purchased this monitor I went ahead and additionally purchased batteries, they can be found at… Artman NP-F550 Battery 2-Pack and Wall Charger for Sony NP F550, F530, F970, F960, F770, F750, F330, CCD-SC55, TR516, TR716, TR818, TR910, TR917 Camera, CN-160, CN-216 LED Video Light (2600mAh) https://a.co/d/f1ACIKf

Can this monitor 4K 60 footage? I have an FX3 in particular, but I'm sure if it monitors 4K 60 on any other model of camera, it should work for mine.

Hello, I believe the monitor displays 4k 30 footages. It can "monitor" 4K 60 as you record it but wont play back at that rate. Hope that helps
