Easy to use and clear display.

Great scales, large and very clear screen to keep an eye when measuring, worth the money a paid

The scales are simple, easy to use and it feels good quality. It gets a lot of use and has stood up very well so far. The precision scales are very precise, down to single digit grams.The only small problem I find is the size of the precision platform. As the platform is quite small, sometimes it can be difficult to fit what you're weighing onto it without touching the larger platform next to it. Due to the 500g limit and the small size, you can't use a plate or similar to avoid this problem. However, this is a very minor issue and has only caused problems in a handful of very specific cases.

My wife thinks this is simply excellent and so easy to use. It is robust performs well like all her other 'Kitchen Maid' equipment. This has replaced a similar 'High Street' brand that was fiddly to use and unreliable. For me the best features are power from low cost AAA batteries and a 'positive' control knob for power that you can switch off, knowing that when you store it, the touch sensitive system won't switch back on inadvertently and run the battery down! But within 4-months it has become faulty and is unreliable - not so great after all!!

Screen easily lets the smallest amount of liquid in and can cause it to break.

These electronic scales have an excellent, big clear LCD backlit display and a clean modern design. The selector knob for the measurement units is simple to use and obvious at a glance to check which units have been selected. A great choice for the baker with less than perfect eyesight perhaps?An excellent product from a quality brand.
