Can this be used to help sweating in the groin are of an obese person?

Because this product was developed specifically for underarms, we do not have much information on the effect on other parts of the body. Instead we recommend using our Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Wipes. While these were also developed specifically for underarm use, many of our customers have reported success using the wipes to stop sweat on other body areas. If you choose to apply SweatBlock on an area other than the underarm, we recommend that you test a small skin area first to test for an allergic reaction such as irritation. As always, please consult your doctor to know where it is appropriate to apply any SweatBlock product if used in a location it was not specifically created for. Additionally, to prevent odor, chafing, and stickiness in the groin area, our Man, Lady, or Body Powder Lotions would be an excellent option. While these will not stop sweat from occurring, they do dry to a silky smooth powder finish for comfort and freshness all day.
