I have had several HP products and when my old computer started acting up, I went for another HP. Unit is pretty fast and responsive. I prefer a tower unit to a laptop as I find a keyboard more responsive. The model has a disc drive which I prefer. Many other products do not have one and it means using a remote stand alone which takes up more room. Great computer for the price.

Buying this desktop computer was a very good idea. It works well, connects well and updates fast.

Do not buy from this seller. It is sitting on my desk right now collecting dust. After only 2 months the computer started to go slow, then rebooted itself. It is not stuck in startup repair mode. It is stuck in the troubleshooting startup repair mode. I have tried all the options to repair, but it automatically gives the prompt to try another option of shut down. It is literally ridiculous to spend this much money on a computer for it to last this little and have no way of a refund from either Amazon or the seller. DO NOT BUY. You are putting your money at risk. DO NOT BUY.

Value i7 computer. Quality is good noise level is acceptable. Ease of setup is good. Recommend you look for i7 computer as it will give you the most bang for your buck.

Lightning zapped my old computer, so I needed a new computer. I picked this one for its size, to fit my office desk, and all the wonderful functions I'm use to using on a PC. Also, it was a good price for all the functions I needed.

I like the windows 11 platform and the quick response in opening programs. McAfee virus protection was installed for a limited time at no charge. I thought that would be a safety factor, but while the computer is on it gets bombarded with unending virus threats.

Purchased "used like new" model and couldn't be happier. Ultra fast with 1TB SSD and 32GB of Ram. 'Cloned" everything (including programs) from my old computer with Zinstall and all went well with 1 caveat. It was not mentioned until midway downloading that one must remove antispyware (in my case Norton 360). It took me many hours to finally uninstall Norton (what a pain) and I started over again the next day and it went without a hitch. Amazon sells all that is needed (adapters and switches) that enabled me to use 1 screen and transfer everything by internet. Easy-peezee.
