Do I have to pay again after purchasing the voucher? It usually costs from £20 onwards, I don't understand why it is that cheap

Beware, I bought this in January and all was fine, bought it as a gift for a friend a few weeks ago and the company refused to honour the voucher, apparently they are an unregistered seller. Something to do with Mothercare going bust.
