Works well
My friend smokes (I don’t) and this ashtray keeps the smoke from spreading around and getting in fabrics etc. It seems good quality - the batteries will occasionally pop up but it’s an easy fix. I have purchased three of these over time for different areas. Used daily they are still going strong. Easy to clean.

Don't waste your money
I ended up with 2 of these and neither work like advertised. I have used other types in the past that sucked the smoke in. This is blows the smoke around more.
