First I want to say thank you MassaMAX for the wonderful customer service and amazing chair. I was afraid to pay 2K for a product I can't feel or inspect first at first. I'd searched and read reviews from so many different sites about so many brands for almost 2 months before I took a chance purchasing this chair for hubby. I'm glad I did because "we" love it...lol! The delivery driver handled it with care and helped me inspect the package to make sure it wasn't damaged. I had the delivery driver to leave it inside my garage until my husband returned home so hubby definitely needed help bringing it inside. Our doors inside are around 29" wide so it couldn't go into a certain room but that's ok. The chair does everything a highline massage chair does so don't bother paying 3-4k or more for one. It took 5mins to assemble which was pretty simple and that's cool. Buy this chair, you won't be disappointed. Hubby loves how it grips your feet and gently extend your legs to stretch your calf muscles. He works on ladders everyday so those muscles get overworked a lot. Side note: Be careful massaging your lower back (tailbone). It's pretty intense in that area and may leave you sore for about 3dys. Learn which massage is best for you before leaning back and falling asleep. 4 people tried it on Christmas day and mentioned the 4D massage being a little painful on that area. Other than that... you'll love it! 😃

The chair arrived damage, the chair literally wore through the retail box during shipping (I assume) due to packing being less than acceptable, the blue paint on the front sides was rubbed bare, there was a 5-6 inch scratch (left side panel) that was and we later noticed the stitching on the leather flap on top of the footrest was starting to come apart. As a reference, when unboxing the replacement chair we both immediately noticed it was packed with a thin piece of wood between the chair and cardboard box EXACTLY where the first chair rubbed through, that thin piece of wood was OBVIOUSLY there for a reason. I certainly don't want to throw around allegations, so please form your own opinion after reading through this, but how do two "new" massage chairs supposedly from "new from the manufacturer" arrived packed noticeably different from the factory and both have issues??? After getting the replacement chair inside and noticed I had a harder time putting the footrest on, it was a tight fit. After everything was together and decide to test it out, it sounded like a started a "toy squeaker" factory from the leather of the footrest, horribly loud, so much so I immediately turned the chair off thinking something was hitting or not right (see pics, it shows where the footrest rubs the side panel on both sides). The chair constantly moves through every auto program, so the squeaky noise doesn't stop until the auto program is over or you turn the chair off. What I quickly learned was either the footrest was too wide or the side panels of the chair were off, but it rubs hard enough you can see an indentation in the foam under the leather on the side of the footrest. Eventually, it will either wear through the leather and damage the chair, I can't imagine that's good on the motor either. My wife then noticed the (3) keys on the shortcut feature on the arm rest look to be either worn or had a bad paint job from the factory (see pics, can clearly see wear). I wanted to see if the footrest would settle in so I decided to give it a 2nd shot, the squeaky noise is just ridiculous, about 5-mins in to the massage I noticed something that felt like the roller mechanism was either skipping/jumping or something every now and then. As the massage continued I finally figured out that when the program would switch the rollers to "kneading mode" the leather strap that goes down the middle of the backrest has about 5-6 inches of too much length/material, because it's so long it gets caught when the rollers are in kneading mode. Keep in mind we already knew the massage was great from the first chair, that's why we didn't hesitate to order a replacement, we also knew there were no mechanical issues with the first chair. In fact, the first chair is still sitting in our garage waiting to be picked up/returned in a couple days. I went to the garage and compared the leather strap that keeps getting caught by the rollers on the replacement chair, yep, they're NOT the same length and that's where I got the extra 5-6 inches of length/material analogy and is where the quality control statement comes from, the two chairs were obviously built different from the factory. What is going on, these are $2000 chairs that are listed as new but (2) in a row have issues, documented issues with pictures at that. I contacted Amazon customer service and sent them the pics as well for both chairs, they offered a partial refund which was nice, but this is NOT about the money so we declined, it's about buying what is supposed to be a "new" chair yet both arrived with serious issues. I wanted to make sure Amazon knew the chairs were defective, (2) in a row in fact and this was NOT due to buyers remorse! The sad part is we absolutely LOVED the massage the chair gave, LOVED IT, but we also don't want to pay $2000 for a chair that OBVIOUSLY has serious quality control issues at the factory and WHO KNOWS how long something with a severe lack of quality control measures will last!!!! I'm a business owner, so of all people I know products do arrive defective from the factory, but with that same knowledge I also know that two items (same brand and model) in a row arriving with serious quality issues is UNACCEPTABLE and something I'd expect from 3rd party rebranded budget massage chairs, NOT FROM A MANUFACTURER THAT CLAIMS TO BE MID-TIER!!!!

My family likes the chair, it is a bit larger than expected. It takes a lot of effort to get into the chair. I feel like the chair was designed for someone who is 6 ft tall. There are no programmable profiles. When you set the leg extention, it goes back to where it was when the chair stretches your legs (Kinda Annoying). The chair zero G changes after being set with preset automatic massage (Also Annoying). If there were 3 things to change, these would be the changes. 1. Programmable profile settings for users so user size can be added to memory. 2. Fix leg height adjustment so it does not go back to initial input after chair leg goes down for stretch. 3. If zero g is set, it should no move. Otherwise, chair is fine. Massage can be a bit intense but depth is set by 4D. Also, chair did not look entirely like image. It has LED light on side. Its nice. Lastly, the heat warmer does not work on my chair.

I live in a smaller home, so I went back and forth on buying this for a while. I was worried it would feel too bulky, but it actually fits our space pretty well. We put it against the wall in the living room and it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I use it mostly in the evenings, and it’s been a nice way to relax at home. Glad I took the chance on it.

This chair is amazing! I have had it for about 6 months and it is perfect for me. I love the full body massage, especially the legs and feet!!! I would definitely buy it again!

This chair is great… it’s exactly the dimensions specified with no wiggle room. Make sure to get “choose a room” delivery if you want this anywhere inside your house. I contacted the seller beforehand since it wasn’t a selectable option and they confirmed they would include it in the delivery instructions. They didn’t include it and I had to tell the delivery person it was either going in my house or back on the truck. I helped him get it into our foyer. This chair is exactly what we were looking for.

An excellent massage chair & it’s 4D! Great value, great product.

It is very good if you have a sore back it relieves a lot of pain and over all feels very relaxing
