So far so good. Went together very easily and instructions are easy to use. Wish the screws for the mount was black instead of silver, but that's a minor nit pick. Seems sturdy enough. Some improvements would be a pad for the clamp that tightens against the bottom of the desk and a solid base or cover instead of hollow on the bottom shell that sits on top of the desk. Adjustments are what I would expect at this price point and the value does seem nice. It helps save me room putting my Macbook on my desk and makes it easy to just turn and utilize it as needed. Easy to adjust the tension for the arm and I like the included adjustable side bars to make sure laptops are locked in. Moves around easily and the tilt is nice as well. Exactly what I was looking for without spending a lot for something that is overbuilt for my use case. I used this on the side of my Secretlabs Magnus Desk and had no issues with clearance. I did buy some 1/4" flat plastic shims to go under the mount so the base doesn't put indentions in the top of my desk mat.

Works really well, haven't had it slip off my desk and my desk has a weird edge to it, so even without full contact it doesn't slip off. took a minute to get the tension right to have my laptop at the right height and angle but once i got it it has stayed. The strap does interfere with the track pad or keyboard since there isn't much space on the laptop face for the strap to go without touching something, but as long as you have a usb or wireless keyboard and mouse, you'll be mostly unaffected. It fits perfectly for my laptop and was easy to install, well designed and very sturdy while still remaining flexible. great alvue for the money.

This Laptop Arm Mount has definitely improved my desk setup. It’s sturdy, holds my secondary 15.6" laptop securely, and the adjustability makes it easy to get the height and angle I want. The only downside is the movement isn’t as smooth as I expected. It takes a bit of muscle to push it up and down, so adjusting on the fly isn’t effortless. Once it’s in position, though, it stays put and works exactly as intended. Overall, a great buy — just not perfectly smooth in motion.

I love this thing. As a mechanic, I have this bolted to my tool box. No more fumbling my laptop all over the place! You can use this in more than just an office desk like I do! It’s made with good material, easy to use and is super sturdy. I like how it rotates and goes up and down with ease.

Works great, well made, sturdy and fits my laptop well. I purchased to get my work laptop off my desk and since I use it only during work hours I can move it out of my way when off work hours. It was easy to assemble but trying to figure out how to lower the arm was a little hard. The gas spring required a lot of force to get it to release the tension but once we figured that out it was good to go! It can be adjusted in many positions. I'm using for laptop but it's nice that they include the mount option for a monitor as well, not only does it enhance the value but increases the longevity of usage since it can be used for two purposes if I no longer want to use for a laptop.

Bought these mounts a few months ago to free up some space on my desk (I was scared that many of the pour reviews like the design issue wouldn’t be able to be fixed but after I looked at it closely it is a great design (explained more)). Has amazing range of motion and the adjustability is very easy (the screen does have a tilt to it when the arm is pointed to the side of the mount but can be easily fixed by rotating the screen tilt to the desired position).

Great mount ! Holds the computer without sinking. Easily put your computer or ipad in and out for fast application. Mount can be held with a clamp or can be held with bolt after drilling in your desk. Glad I got this one.

Sturdy and pretty easy to assemble (6 screws altogether), works great for my dual monitor setup with the laptop mount on the side of my desk.

Fully adjustable, comes with everything you need to put it together and absolutely rock solid and out weighed my expectations. Nice that it’s dual purpose as well allowing you to use as monitor mount or laptop mount. Great purchase, worth every penny and I highly recommend it!

Great match for my displays on similar mounts, gets my laptop off my desk and puts it at eye level as a third display. Very sturdy and easy to use.

Works great, able to hold my wifes RoG 17 inch laptop with no issues.... Very easy to setup and install to the desk, I wish you could have the strap higher up so its close to the screen, but because of our laptop size we had to run it near the mouse pad as it would push buttons.
