After using the Milan Atta Chakki for a few weeks, I can clearly feel the difference in taste and freshness of homemade flour. The machine runs smoothly with very low vibration and gives fine grinding exactly like premium branded atta. What impressed me most is the clean operation and easy maintenance. Even my parents can use it comfortably without any difficulty. The design looks modern, strong, and perfect for daily family use. Frustrating experience with both the product and seller service
Product Quality & Performance : The product quality is extremely disappointing and falls far below basic expectations. It feels cheap, does not function as advertised, and broke almost immediately after minimal use. Investing money in this item turned out to be a complete waste, as it completely fails to deliver on its promises. Customer Support & Return Issues: The experience became even worse when trying to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and customer support. Response from the seller/company was unhelpful and dismissive. The return and refund process through Amazon was tedious, slow, and lacked proper resolution. Neither side took accountability for delivering a defective product.
