Got it on discount and product is not pure steel..some parts are plastic so handle with care when pulling it down

This product helped me to use the otherwise wasted space above my wadrobe. By using this I was able to increase my wadrobe space, where previously I had 3 racks to keep clothes I know have 6 racks it doubled my space and utilized it efficiently a very useful and good product. The material is also very sturdy and the hydraulic mechanism is also good.
