Not really too much to say here. It’s a 30 pound weight plate. It fits into my Frontline Athletic 2.0 ruck bag just fine. It looks to be made well. It will help with my ruck workouts and the price was fair.

Fits perfectly in my Goruck rucksack. Great quality and real bargain compared to the cost of similar product from most bigger companies, especially if you are of the opinion that "weight is weight." Why pay more if you don't have to, right?

This IS one!The weight is pretty accurate, only off by a tiny amount in the case of the one I got (which is pretty common for weight plates). The size is good, too. It fits in my ruck sack perfectly, and it works well as a hand weight.This is a great option.
