So easy to use pop one in a glass of cold water and enjoy the taste. Dissolves fast ant maybe one stir is enough. No bits left undisolved so that's a plus. Tastes nice I use the orange one with breakfast. Definately helping my system especially in the recent heatwave

I've tried a few different brands for electrolytes when they are on offer but always end up coming back to this one. I can definitely feel a difference when taking one of these - more awake and alert. My teen enjoys them after a martial arts class too and always asks for one on his return. They also help him before exams just to perk him up before a marathon writing session. I also go hunting for them if i get a touch of sore throat. Overall they are great and do make a difference. I like the orange ones most. Not particularly delicious but drinkable and do what I need them to do.

I'm a "tired" kind of person. I don't know whether that's due to a lack of sleep, my job or whatever, but after about mid-day I feel so tired. Maybe it's just because I try to avoid coffee during the day.. I saw these on Amazon, and thought they sound pretty good. I went for the 20 tablets option (which is actually 10 servings). Being able to make you feel more awake and lively as well as providing your body with vitamins sounds great. They take around 2-5 minutes to fully dissolve in a glass of water, so I just use a teaspoon to stir it just to help it. Now, if you've ever tried Fanta; you're going to find this tastes similar (obviously because it's orange) - but has a slight medicinal taste to it. But it's really not that bad at all. The casing looks good, the supposed benefits you get from taking it sounds very good, and it's very simple to use! Now, on to the benefits of using this. Please take into account that this is my first 'serving'. Last night, I had very little sleep, so today I feel very tired. I have taken these, and so far the results are very pleasing. They make me feel like I've just woken up in the morning after a good night's sleep. Obviously don't miss your sleep hoping these will help you (you still need to look after yourself!) I do not know whether it is a placebo effect or whatever, but I honestly feel more lively. The only downside is the price. I was rather hoping that 20 tablets meant 20 servings, but it isn't. I honestly don't know why they don't just make a bigger tablet so 1 tablet = 1 serving? The biggest competitor to this is Berocca. I haven't tried Berocca yet (but I hope to soon), but apparently the results are very similar; and Berocca appear to be cheaper. Until Phizz can try to compete with Berocca pricing wise, then unfortunately I think I am drawn to Berocca a bit more... ---------- Most of us have to work hard in life, and it's understandable that a lot of us just get exhausted. So I really think that products like this are a necessity nowadays. I wish I found products like this earlier.

The flavour is 90% and the salty is 10% I had the orange 🍊 one. Hubby isn't keen though so I think you habe to try it 🤷‍♀️ I personally prefer to see photos from a customer's purchase before I make a purchase myself, so I include photographs with my reviews. This is partly because I have sent gifts in the past and been disappointed by poor quality or cheap looking packaging that wasn't obvious from the product photos. I tend to keep my reviews fairly simple beyond this unless there is something specific worth mentioning. Otherwise, I may briefly cover the basic points suggested by Amazon's review prompts that I think other shoppers would find useful. I only give 5 stars if an item is truly exceptional, whether that's due to outstanding quality, craftsmanship, presentation, or because it exceeds my expectations. In the past, I would give 5 stars whenever I was satisfied with a purchase, but I realised that wasn't always the most helpful way to review products. A 4 star rating from me is still a positive review and does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the item. It simply means that I was happy with my purchase, while reserving 5 stars for products that genuinely stand out. 👍🏻

As others have pointed out, there is a slight medicinal/chemical taste to these, but that is to be expected and, in my opinion is quite acceptable. Great as a rehydration drink, and perfect for sipping during a workout.

In terms of hydration, it works great. However, the flavour tasted like medicine, which is a shame in terms of the price.

This product always seems to help when I feel nauseous, which I do often due to medication. I like to keep a supply in the fridge. Always helps in the hot weather too, it keeps you hydrated.

Great Hydration Boost These tablets taste great and dissolve quickly. They really help me stay hydrated after workouts and during busy days. I'll definitely buy them again.
