Slightly salty/medicinal taste to start with, but not in a bad way. Once you’ve had the first couple though you start to get used to it. My energy levels are higher with these and they keep me running for longer (and I usually drink energy drinks to keep me going) I bought these as a better replacement for my own health and honestly would recommend them 100 percent, I’ve just ordered my third tube! They seem to keep me more hydrated than just drinking water alone. They dissolve so well, looking “bitty” but then completely disappearing. I use one tablet in my bottle shown below (about 400mls of water), and I find this works well ratio wise. Slight cherry aftertaste and I will keep on buying!

I've tried lots of products for replacing electrolytes, due to having numerous health issues, and these are by far the best I've tried without question. They rehydrate fantastically. However the added extras of vitamiins and minerals make this a cut above the rest. They have made me more mentally alert, reducing the brain fog from medications. I have a lot more energy during the day and I feel like I'm sleeping better at night. I feel the best I've felt in a very long time and I would highly recommend Phizz to everyone. The drink itself is refreshing and the 2 flavours I've tried, the orange and the cherry, taste great and are enjoyable to drink. The cherry flavour also has added guarana and caffine. I find this one is best to have when you first wake up and then I have the regular orange flavour for the rest of the day. As I find the amount of caffine and guarana in 1 tablet/drink is enough to keep me going for the whole day. I think they are great value too if compared to other electrolyte powders/tablets plus they have the added vitamins and minerals. So from my point of view I've saved money, as these are cheaper than the powders I was purchasing, and I no longer need to purchase multivitamins, and they make me feel fantastic...

I'm a "tired" kind of person. I don't know whether that's due to a lack of sleep, my job or whatever, but after about mid-day I feel so tired. Maybe it's just because I try to avoid coffee during the day..I saw these on Amazon, and thought they sound pretty good. I went for the 20 tablets option (which is actually 10 servings). Being able to make you feel more awake and lively as well as providing your body with vitamins sounds great.They take around 2-5 minutes to fully dissolve in a glass of water, so I just use a teaspoon to stir it just to help it.Now, if you've ever tried Fanta; you're going to find this tastes similar (obviously because it's orange) - but has a slight medicinal taste to it. But it's really not that bad at all.The casing looks good, the supposed benefits you get from taking it sounds very good, and it's very simple to use!Now, on to the benefits of using this. Please take into account that this is my first 'serving'. Last night, I had very little sleep, so today I feel very tired. I have taken these, and so far the results are very pleasing. They make me feel like I've just woken up in the morning after a good night's sleep. Obviously don't miss your sleep hoping these will help you (you still need to look after yourself!) I do not know whether it is a placebo effect or whatever, but I honestly feel more lively.The only downside is the price. I was rather hoping that 20 tablets meant 20 servings, but it isn't. I honestly don't know why they don't just make a bigger tablet so 1 tablet = 1 serving?The biggest competitor to this is Berocca. I haven't tried Berocca yet (but I hope to soon), but apparently the results are very similar; and Berocca appear to be cheaper. Until Phizz can try to compete with Berocca pricing wise, then unfortunately I think I am drawn to Berocca a bit more...----------Most of us have to work hard in life, and it's understandable that a lot of us just get exhausted. So I really think that products like this are a necessity nowadays. I wish I found products like this earlier.

Love the electrolyte tablets because they are a game-changer for hydration and energy. They dissolve easily, taste refreshing (not too sweet), and provide a good mix of electrolytes and vitamins.I use after my workouts and when traveling to the beach. A bit pricier than some alternatives, but the added vitamins make it worth it.

These are great I definitely feel more hydrated and energetic however the taste isn’t the best I can get past it for the benefits, the quality is really good and I don’t find them to be bitty the taste just lets it down a tiny bit

i drink with no more than 300ml of water, sometimes less, and the taste is very weak. There are other brands that taste better (in 250-300ml water), but none of the others have added vitamins which is handy so i tend to bounce between SIS ones and these. They don't taste bad, but they arnt a joy to consume either - I wouldn't drink more than one a day the perk of the vitamins isn't worth the blandness

I ordered the variety of Mango, Mixed Berry and Orange. I have only tried the Mixed Berry so far and would recommend using 500ml of water else the flavour is very diluted. If left a while, the aftertaste can be slightly off-putting.Tablets are similar to Rennies (chalky) and easy to break up if needing to be added into a small hole.Lid was easy to use. Looking forward to trying the Orange and Mango.

Long time user of High5 tabs for daily hydration and cycling but recently switched to Phizz as they also provide a decent range of vitamins in addition to electrolytes. Both are about equal in terms of taste depending the flavour but ingredients are quite different. Quick comparison per tab in screenshot attached. Highly recommended and advise stocking up when they are on offer. BBE is usually at least 1.5 years.
