Derma Roller Microneedling Kit for Face 0.25mm - Complete Skin Set with Vitamin C Serum 20%

This is my first time using a roller so I don't have anything to compare it to. I bought the set with the roller and serum. Roller: Rolls Smoothly, Doesn't hurt. The idea of running tiny needles across my face was pretty scary with my fear of needles and aversion to pain, but this didn't hurt at all. It was easy to roll and only required a bit of pressure. There was no skipping or catching. Your face will be red with a slight sting or tingly feel after using the roller. The roller comes in a nice plastic case for storage. It is a beautiful set. Instructions are included in the box. Serum: Works on sensitive skin. Very oily. Best after rolling. I tested the serum on several areas of my face first before rolling to make sure there were no adverse reactions with my sensitive skin. It was fine, but the oil just seemed to sit on my face. When I used it after rolling, though, my skin absorbed it all so I'm guessing that is what it was designed for. Results: I can't comment on the results since I've only used it once. I have a damaged area on my face from falling asleep with a heating pad on my shoulder. The pad would end up laying on my face so the damage might be similar to sun damage. It looks much older than the rest of my face. I am only using the roller on this section right now. I did notice the least damaged area near the edges does look better (smoother) after the first treatment. This was a great value for both the roller and serum. Seems like good quality and like I said it is a beautiful set. I'm glad I decided to purchase it.

This is the first derma roller I've tried. It's suppose to be prickly, and it is! My skin 'tingles' and gets slightly red for about 10 minutes after usage, so I use it at night time. I've used this product three times so far, and the results have been great. I am using it in tandem with TruSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum for Face, Topical Facial Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E, 1 fl oz. After 3 usages, my skin looks slightly tanner/has more color. My pores are significantly clearer, thus my pores (which are large) look smaller. My skin tone is more even. I'm very pleased and shocked that the results are visible this fast. I'm also very pleased with the seller. They are a small family-owned company and take pride in customer care. I received an email after my purchase from Lori saying thank you for my purchase and telling me I'm in good hands. Shortly after I received my free eBooks. I also got a followup email that contained important safety reminders. (The product does come with instructions, but it's nice that the seller cares that you use the product correctly, so you get great results.) Will purchase again. I want to get my mom one too and plan to tell my friends!

I like this, the roller quality is good for the price, it does not give any strange noise. I tried a few other rollers, they usually start making a noise after using a while. I use approx. twice a week. When it arrived, I rolled like 4 times a week, and it was too much, my skin get red and then itchy - not a good sign! Strong external skin stimulation (rubbing, scratching, and rolling!) can cause a dark spot on skin.

I am new to dermarolling, but I have researched a lot about the benefits of using one. I ordered this to try it out. I can say that this is excellent for beginners.I haven't used it for a long period of time, but I am a healthcare professional and know enough about the inflammatory process that I don't believe this is any sort of gimmick. I've combined this with Vitamin C serum and scar creams and can see a difference in my acne scarring. My scars weren't bad, mind you, but they were something that bothered me. They're not completely gone as I've only used this short term, but I do see a difference in my skin by using this combined with my other products in my skin routine. This is also a great needle size for beginners like me. Using this product does not hurt to me. It just feels like something scratching my face. You CAN NOT use this without first sanitizing it with alcohol and doing the same after use. If you do not sanitize this, you could get an infection; these are needles after all. I cannot stress this enough. The company has also reached out to me multiple times to ensure I am satisfied with their products as well as provide me with safety information and other uses for this product. The company is phenomenal with customer service. I will definitely be buying their other products when I change out my derma roller for a larger needle size. Overall, great product and great service!

First time using a derma roller, I wanted to give it a try since I have acne scaring on my chin area and I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks now and my acne scars have gotten lighter, my boyfriend has even noticed the difference. The only downfall about this product is that it squeaks while rolling and it squeaked the first time I even used it. The sound of it is pretty annoying because I didn’t expect for that to happen, well, not right away since replacing after so much use is a must. It’s an ok product. Not too sure if I’d recommend this brand though.

Beautifully packaged; instructions easy to follow. Received the e-books quickly. The roller itself seems sturdy & well-made. Although it was a bit scary to use the first time (I had never had micro-needling done before), I quickly adapted to it; now I love using it. I have carefully followed the instructions concerning sterilization of the tool for each use and avoidance of using excessive pressure when rolling over the skin; I have had no problems using the roller, nor have I experienced any adverse skin reactions. Although I have only had the roller about a month, I already can tell a difference in the softness of my skin due to better absorption of skincare products, and a "weird" little patch of wrinkly skin on my lower cheek definitely has softened & improved. When it's time to replace this roller, I will have no hesitation in ordering from this seller again.

I’m new to derma rolling and decided to try this one out for my first go around. I read that .25 was the best length to start out with for general improvement of the skin. The results so far have been fabulous, the results on my wife are real noticeable. Her face is looking better than ever! I decided to try my and it doesn’t hurt at all, it actually feels kind of good. I would recommend anyone to start incorporating this into their beauty routine who want to improve their skin texture. I have old acne scars and from the results my wife has I feel confident I too will be able to improve. Here are some tips I’ve learned: - Don’t use this on active acne otherwise is can make it a lot worse. - For women, don’t use it before putting on makeup cuz the ingredients will get into your skin and cause rashes or infections sometimes too. - Definitely use this thing with topical serums or creams. I can not tell ho much better your results with them will be after using this derma roller! - Use .25mm for every other day use. You can over do it if you’re skin is sensitive, but be careful.

I ordered this product by recommendation of an esthetician. I'm 42 years old and though I consider myself blessed in not having a ton of skin damage and wrinkles I wanted to take care of some areas thrat had been bothering me. I educated myself a bit, watched multiple YouTube videos on reviews, how to use and how many times tio use this product. I kid you not that within 2 uses a scar I had on my forehead has diminished to the point that you can barely see it was even there. My skin has improved sufficiently and I'm happy with that. I do follow up the treatment using the serum it came with along with some retinol cream, collagen oil and hyloronic acid moisturizer. I do not use makeup within the 24 hours on my face and stay away from the sun during that time as well. I personally set my calendar every 2 weeks to use the derma roller after I have showered, cleaned my face and am ready for bed. I believe more frequent times than that can cause damage to the skin. In a few months I think I may see if they have a slightly larger needle derma roller to order.
