These have been great in helping me fall asleep. I'm not sure if it would help everyone but it definitely has helped me. I also really like the taste and the texture. Kinda wish there was a gummy snack out there that tastes as good as these do. It makes taking them every night such a treat.

These work very well. I take magnesium to help with muscle twitches, and these are fantastic for that, without the GI side effects of some other kinds. However, they taste awful. Really truly bad.
