Item doesn't work
The unit out of the box plugged in and just spins, no clinching, or spin into the rivet nut, just backwards spinning, troubleshooting instructions online don't even help with the air powered units, just the battery or manual ones. Instructions are completely all in Chinese, except on the front page where it says "instructions", when translated the instructions are pretty much useless also says that there is supposed to be other items inside the box with the unit that weren't there (warranty card, a second wrench). Maybe its a bad unit that I got but be warned might be the same for you.

Fast
This is hands down the fastest pneumatic rivet nut gun available. It is also whisper quiet which is nice not having to wear hearing protection. The only downside is that the mandrels do not last nearly as long as described. closer to 5,000 than to 2,000,000. It would be nice if replacements were available for purchase. Without replacement mandrels the product is useless. Would easily be 5 stars if you could get replacements.
