Not a sleeping tablet, but helps calm the mind. I felt I was sleeping faster and not waking up as much between 2am and 4am with a busy mind. Overall it improved the quality of my sleep.

Bought this supplement after reading up on what could work well for women in their forties. After trying loads of different supplements over the years this one definitely delivered what was expected. After a few days taking it I could feel my energy level increasing, no more disrupted sleep, and just overall calmer (especially “the noise” in my head) honestly I can’t recommend it strongly enough!

Taken this product for over 6 weeks and haven't really noticed much difference and actually cancelled my subscription. Shame as i expected more after reading the reviews.

Para mí, un producto muy recomendable, a mí me a ido super bien, después de sufrir muchísimo estrés, al punto de tener alopecia areata por todos lados de mi cabeza, aparte de estar como super desconcertado, empecé a tomarlo y al cabo de unas semanas....todo volvió a su sitio, el pelo empezó a crecer sin mas, después de 4 años sufriendo las alopecias y tema concentración una locura, super centrado, aparte que la calidad del sueño mejora muchísimo, descanso super bien y me despierto mejor, para mí un producto que ya no puede faltar en mi vida., no genera dependencia ya que yo mismo cuando mejore dejé de tomarlo y e vuelto después de tener que afrontar ciertos problemas personales que me generan muchísima ansiedad y estrés, gracias a este producto consigo estabilizar mi ansiedad y demás, muy bueno para estas situaciones la verdad al menos en mi caso, espero ayudar con mi reseña. Très bon produit. J'ai été dans un traitement pour l'anxiété et j'ai essayé de l'arrêter et le remplacer par ce supplément qui est bien complet. Je ne conseil pas d'arrêter vos traitements mais si de prendre cette marque d'ashwagandha. Depuis le premier comprimé j'ai eu un sommeil plus réparateur, en journée je suis moins fatigué et une réduction incroyable de mon stress et anxiété. J'attends encore voir si ma concentration améliore mais pour l'énergie, anxiété, stress et bien-être psychologique c'est déjà des grands avancées ! Je suis content de pouvoir arrêter des médicaments forts pour une alternative naturelle. Totalement recommandé !! ✨
