Bought these to make a home-made Nerf gun board. Very sturdy, easy to put together. Works really well.

What can one say about a peg board?! I picked this as it was quite large and was required for storing and displaying my jewellery.... or at least some of it! I feel it could have been made better as the 6mm holes were not all uniform, with some being slightly larger, which caused problems when I put the pegs in. Initially I used metal pegs, but these are no good, so ordered dowels, which to be fair, the seller does recommend, but I missed that part! Whilst waiting for the dowels, I used some plastic wall plugs, which actually worked well and I am thinking of replacing the wooden dowels with the plastic plugs, as they fit more securely into the slightly varying punched holes, plus grip the jewellery much better - the wood dowels don't and I find the bracelets easily slide off with the slightest knock. I think the peg board is a bit expensive for what it is as is thin MDF and the paint finish is basic and needed another coat to provide a more smooth finish I did think about returning it, however, needed to get my gemstone jewellery collection organised as it was getting tangled up in a box after having just moved home. In conclusion, the quality and finish could be better but worse is the variations in the punched holes, however I do point out, my comments are based on the reason I used the board for. The board may be more appropriate for other purposes. I think at a later date I may modify this a bit by putting a frame round it and placing some thin foam or felt on the back of the board. I could also have done with a much longer board - it is fitted behind a bedroom door. I may consider purchasing another once I work out what modification the first board needs.

This board has turned out even better than I had expected. I wanted to make a wrist garland stand for a wedding event. All other types of boards were so expensive, this was made from mdf and came in 3 colours and was even bigger than I had anticipated. After printing on my design I sat admiring it, it's brilliant! Very strong and sturdy, well packaged, I love it!

Great value, very strong, well cut and well painted. I use it for test tiles in my pottery studio, I’ve filled it up since I took this photo and so I’m about to buy another one! Definitely recommend. Tried to make one myself but harder than you think and will never be this neat or well painted. Just buy one of these.
