I’ll get it.” It was such good luck to have bought these! They work great. Very absorbent. After cleaning, I used to use paper towels to dry the chrome around the sink. I did this because the thicker, old yellow sponges, with the green scrubbing pad, used to leave streaks. Not these Dobie sponges. It’s just shocking how much better they are than those thicker, yellow sponges. If you haven’t tried the Dobie sponge, you really should give them a shot. I got back home from vacation, and tossed out all of the old sponges. In addition, because it is thin, it is very flexible and easily gets into crevices in the lids for the food storage containers. When I have used the scouring side of the sponge, on nonstick pans, I apply from very light to absolutely no pressure. The crazy thing is this: it removes the stuck-on food! And the (sticky) non stick surface doesn’t get scratched at all. It actual feels really clean to the touch. Very nice results! Like I said, I can’t believe that I’m reviewing a cleaning sponge.
