Will it fit Laowa 100mm?

With the Angler's expandable mounting hole, I think it will fit tight enough over the lens of the relatively-narrow Laowa 100mm macro lens. A simple flash-lighting solution for beautiful macros.

Yes, I use the Angler with the Laowa 65mm. It is a tight fit.

Can you use this with the godox mf 12 flash? i don't see where i could attach it after the flash is attached. please let me know.

Mount the Godox MF-12 to the hot shoe of your camera and put the Angler diffuser on the lens thru the expandable hole. Then, lean the diffuser forward over your macro subject. A simple, very effective, and low-priced diffuser. I use the Nikon SB 910 flash to stop any camera and subject movement and found 1/125 second at f/16 best. Vary the flash output to get the best exposure.

I see it being used for macro photography. But is it useful for portrait shots as well?

That would be a matter for opinion & testing. It could be used for portraits and to soften flash, realizing it will absorb some of the light. Portrait lighting can be complex depending on the situation. I like it for macro shots and have used it for passport-type photographs successfully.
