Fire VidaMilton Fire Screen Spark Guard Arched, Metal, Black

I decided log burners and kittens probably aren’t a good mix and so I was looking for a nice looking fire guard for our log burner which was fitted very recently.I wanted something that would do the job of preventing my cats trying to explore around my log burner whilst it was hot, and I wanted to get something for a decent price, I liked the look of this one as it looks quite modern and it was very affordable. Sadly the delivery was delayed by almost a week which was a shame as it was supposed to be next day delivery, so I wasn’t able to enjoy my log burner as soon as I’d hoped.The item had totally made up for the wait though. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews that it would be flimsy or that it would arrive damaged. But I can safely say I am over the moon with it, it does exactly what I wanted it to. The size is perfect, the fire guard is relatively heavy so it won’t get knocked over by my cats, it’s very sturdy, the mesh is good strong mesh and the black finish is flawless. I’d say it makes my fireplace look a million times more expensive now! (The surrounding areas of my log burner aren’t quite finished yet so it also hides the ugly edges)Genuinely so happy with this for the price I paid, I can’t believe anyone would have a bad experience with this item?!

Bought this to keep a very small puppy away from our multi fuel stove, thankfully arrived in perfect condition despite no packaging other than the cardboard box it came in. Perfect fit for what I need and looks really good, held within the edge of the hearth it stays in place well and keeps everyone safe. It’s a good weight so sturdy enough to stand up to the pup charging around and easily moved to fill up the fire - a great product at a great price - I recommend without hesitation 👌🏻😊👍

Pre assembled, not too heavy but doesn’t rock, chose it as not too expensive but looks more modern than a lot of the other options.

This is an excellent product at a very good price. It looks great, it’s substantial, it’s a nice clean design, it just works.

We needed to keep a puppy away from the woodburner and this guard has proved to be the best solution.Arrived very quickly and no assembly was needed. Firm a sturdy with a good height.We would recommend this product for a small fireplace.

Need this as we got a new kitten and didn’t want him near the wood burning stove as it can get very hot. The opening of our fireplace is 84cm and it fits well when folded out. It has a metal mesh body that is attached to a heavier metal frame, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t get too hot when the stoves I use. So far It’s worked well at keeping the cat safe from getting too close

Good quality, especially for the reasonable price. Looks stylish and more expensive than it was.

Lovely guard works well but beware jagged metal along top which actually cut my hand
