Heavy flows due to extensive fibroids render regular store available brands useless for me. These however, are perfect, comfortable, and I feel confident enough to leave my house and go about my day. I appreciate that there are no toxic chemicals either. The length is important for sleeping, the wings could be placed a little lower maybe, but overall a great product I can no longer be without. Honestly just grateful to finally find a solution for a reasonable price.

I am definitely not postpartum, but I have a heavy cycle. These have been a lifesaver. They added wings which are great but they are placed a bit awkward. The pads are large and absorbent. For the size, they are pretty comfortable.

Good product. I had no leaking or issues like that the only complaint is the amount of stickiness they dont stick well. But I like them for coverage and the amount they hold.

As someone with Simple-EH I can testify these are a life changing. No leakage; great length for extra coverage and the wings provide added security. On top of that they are extremely comfortable. I’m definitely signing up for a subscription.

These are perfect for postpartum! No leaks and not super uncomfortable like most large pads.

I’ll give it a “3” because of thickness and middle sides to prevent leaks; however, the sides could/should be extended the length of the pads to prevent leaks all the way. No one has actually figured out the proper length; width; depth (thickness) or contours (sides to prevent leakage) accurately yet. Hopefully, one day for the next generation of females if not for me that the right type pad will finally be invented based upon knowledge of the female flow and its changes from day one to day five to eight.

Looks larger than usual pads. I have not delivered my child yet but looks like these pads will be very useful. Packed in big box good purchase. Recommend.

This product is crucial for post partum care. Whether you do a vaginal or cesearan...this product is a must for your post partum care. Very absorbent so you feel clean, and while thick you won't feel like you are wearing anything bulky. I wore mine in leggings amd you couldn't even tell.
