I REALLY like this feeder! It is the first auto feeder I have purchased. We live in the country and found a momma cat and 4 kittens on our front porch recently. She was pretty frail, so we started putting food out for her and the kittens and it was well received. We were going to be traveling for a week, so I went looking for a feeder. I consciously had raccoons on the brain when I was shopping. I was looking for one with a shape that I could have a shot at somehow securing. This one has a nice flat top and I envisioned being able to place something heavy'ish on it. I was right. I imagined that I would have a decent chance of beating the raccoons. I was wrong. The first night, I placed a small weight on it to test the waters. Came out the next morning and found the feeder about 3 feet from where I had placed it. It was on its side and in several pieces (not broke, just disassembled... much of the product is held together by gravity). The next night, I placed a 16x8x2 inch concrete patio paver on top of it. It weighed in at just over 16.5 pounds. The feeder certainly wasn't designed with this in mind, but it held up like a champ. The feeder was up against a wall, so the front and two sides were exposed. My greatest regret was that I placed all of this directly under my security camera, out of its line of sight. I came out the next morning and again found it laid over and in pieces with the patio stone on the ground where the feeder previously was. The security footage showed a raccoon come up and was evidently there for 15-20 mins then left. A little later it came back with a friend to finish the job. We were leaving that day so I hung my head in defeat and let the neighbor take care of the cats. I'm certain that I can up with a better challenge for the raccoons, but I haven't tried yet. To this feeder's credit though, it took a beating those two nights and survived with only a few scuffs on the face where they were evidently dragging it across the porch. Still works perfectly. Also to the feeder's credit, it has a VERY flexible feeding schedule which was easy to set up. My original plan was to feed 3 or 4 times during the day and try to limit what food was left in the bowls overnight to maybe limit what was attracted to it. That attraction portion of that sentence was just dumb thinking on my part. The scheduling part worked perfect though. As I was putting it together the first time (super easy) I actually caught myself thinking "oh, that's a smart way to design that..." I don't do that often. It really is a neat design overall. I can vouch that comes apart and cleans very easy if you find it covered in racoon drool. I was able to plug it in, but it has a nice battery backup for peace of mind. In came into this purchase knowing that I was going to be asking something of it that in no way it was advertised to do. It met every expectation, was easy to use, holds a ton of food, is easy to clean and is very robust. 5 stars from me.

Have been using this since May for my two cats. It has been great! Mine is powered by batteries only and I have not have to change them yet. The settings on it are easy to set up. Perfect for 2 cats. Made well also and is not cheap material. Good quality. Holds a lot of food. I only have to refill it every 2 weeks.

The automatic feeder for two cats has been well worth it! I only have to fill up the compartment of food maybe once every 10 days. I have kittens right now, but feeding amounts won’t change much as they grow. It’s one less thing I have to worry about each day with an already extended plate of chores. Easy to customize and love the voice recording option. They take off running when they hear me calling for them on the speaker of the feeder. It’s holding up well and they have never had any issues with moving it around or tipping it over. It does have a place for batteries, and I do have some in there for backup, but keep it plugged in and works amazingly well.

I thought this would solve my feeding issues, but now I have one slowly becoming overweight cat who runs to the signal, and one cat who ignores it. Fortunately I give the other cat love so she doesn't lose weight, but I have to set this feeder to work for the nutritional value of just one of my two cats. The functionality of it is perfect. Timed feedings, recordings, and all that works great. It's very stable and easy to set up and use as long as you follow instructions. I have not tested the battery life but I unplugged it overnight and it worked all through the night. It's mostly quiet, except for the recordings.

This is a great dual feeder that has been working really well for me and my cats. I received my first one as a gift and unfortunately it did develop a technical issue after about a year of use. I reached out to the customer service for support on how to fix the problem or what to do and they were very helpful. Because it was a gift and I couldn't provide an order number they could not replace it with the 2-year warranty that the product comes with, but they were able to help me replace it at a very steep discount. I think it's a very reasonably priced, easy to use and put together, solid feeder.

I wish I had known about this feeder a long time ago. Last vet visit, I got in trouble. One of my cats was 17 lbs and she told me to work on his diet. This works so well, and I can regulate their feedings. ( My other cat too.) Its really easy to set up and even I could do it. It holds so much food and if I have to leave them alone, I know they will be ok.

I purchased this feeder in 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. It was very easy to program right out of the box. Setting the time and figuring out the correct amount of food and feedings was great. One feeding equals 1/8 Cup of food. Other feeders I've had have been a nightmare figuring this out! This feeder uses a large dial, rather than buttons which are tiny and difficult to use. If you accidentaly go past the number you want, you just turn it back to what you want. It made it really nice and very easy when I needed to reset the time for Daylight Savings, soon after I initially set it up! The screen and numbers are large, which is VERY nice for the eyes and because it is not exceptionally tall, I was able to set it up on a counter under some cabinets in my laundry room. Now I didn't have to sit on the floor to make program changes, which has been WONDERFUL. My cats had a bit of a learning curve with this feeder, since they had used a front feeding, dual feeder before. They had to adjust to picking an actual side, instead of being next to each other. Since they are littermates that has never been a problem, but I can see how this new arrangement would work well for kitties that don't share as well. It holds plenty of food in a compartment that is easy to see when a refill would be necessary. The stainless steel bowls remove easily for cleaning and because they are eating smaller portions more frequently, I'm having less cleanup around the house from them inhaling their food...Definite Plus! They both are healthier because they have lost some weight too, which was another reason I needed this feeder!

Very good and useful, my cats already know their meal times thanks to the food machine, it is very easy to handle with the schedules and how many portions of food you want to give your pet, the food does not get damaged and stays fresh

Great feeder overall! I picked this up in case I eventually get two cats, and it works well for that purpose. One thing to note: there’s no option to feed just one side—both sides dispense food at the same time. So if you’re only feeding one cat, you’ll need to halve the portions to avoid overfeeding. The portion sizes are preset (ranging from 1/16 cup to 1 cup) and can’t be customized beyond that, but it’s been sufficient for my needs. I specifically wanted a feeder with a large hopper, and the metal trays are a nice bonus. It also feels very secure and cat-proof, so clever cats won’t be able to sneak extra food.

Easy to operate.. good for two cats home

Cela fait un mois qu'il est en fonction et tout va bien. Au début, j'ai un peu surdosé car il est possible de mettre 36 doses mais 18 doses remplissent déjà bien les gamelles. Pour mes chats 4 doses 2 fois par jour suffisent et j'ai une autonomie de plus de 3 semaines. Il est aussi difficile de retirer les gamelles en inox et j'ai ajouté un tout petit bout de ruban adhesif pour le faire plus facilement. Sinon, c'est un très bon appareil. Attention, la prise du petit trasfo n'est pas EU. Un transfo de base suffit car le cable est USB.

Stopped working after 3 months. It starts feeding and after the count of the first sometimes second dose the display screen lights up fully and feeding stops. Tried with and without power cord, and got same behavior. Very unhappy.

Best product, easy to use, being able to set so many feeding times allows the cats to have fresh biscuits every meal. Perfect for those little fur babies that wake you at 2am because they are hungry . A must have in any cat house.
