I ordered 2 of these fans in 2024 for bedrooms in my new home. They were easy to install and worked great. Over time, one of the motors malfunctioned causing the light to work but the fan had stopped spinning. I had messaged customer service and spoke with Mike G who was incredibly helpful. He sent me a brand new motor with no questions asked and the motor fixed the issue! The fan is sleek, quiet, and pumps out a lot of air for its smaller size. Would absolutely recommend simply for the outstanding customer service. Mike is the man!
