Woo love it just hooked it up today it works great! Pushes our more water pressure than the shower head that came with the apartment. The suction for the hand held is legit! I've been mounting and removing it and changing the locations and each time it sticks.. Shower head is great too and 6+ inches in diameter (didn't measure it). The diverted is at the back of the shower head which is sort of annoying but who cares. The hose it come with can bend and rotate no problem. Love this product!

This product comes with some of the dumbest instructions on the planet. They confusingly barely describe two simple washer retainers on the hose as having these wonderful plastic helpers to (you think) screw the hose on. Unfortunately, the washer retainers (other people use wire ties) look like water saving restrictor washers. Anyway, get rid of the plastic overshoes and unscrew the plastic retainers. Then try to figure out which end of the hose goes to the fitting and which goes on the hose. The one with the nut goes to the supply fitting. The hose and shower head gone on easily without tools. The supply fitting requires a wrench or pliers. Some of the chrome material is plastic so be careful with tools. The selector valve sounds like plastic (hopefully ABS) so I don't know how long the selector valve will last.The showerhead is a fixed rainfall and is nice. The telephone handle has 5 different spray modes. The stainless hose is excellent as it is very supple. It could be one foot longer for my shower/tub.

Great concept and looked great. The suction cup on the hand held was super strong. I have to return it because it has a major leak at the center of the four end connector piece where shower arm, hose, shower head, and switch pieces came together. Usually on heads like this if you hold that part still and turn the piece connecting to the shower arm it all tightens up, but no.

This product is not high pressure as advertised. When both shower heads run at once the pressure isn't even enough to spray water all the way across the shower. When only running one head at once the pressure isn't much better. My old shower head I've had for years still has more pressure then the heads on this "Ultra-Luxury" shower head system. Not high pressure, not worth the money.

Loved it for awhile. Set the adjustment to the midpoint and got good water volume from both. You can attach the handheld in a way that both spray to the same spot and it's better than any other shower head we have tried. My husband used it that way and I took the handheld down part of the time and use it on my hair or my feet. The suction attaching the base held well for a few months or so, but then failed. I ordered a replacement which also failed, let the handheld fall and broke the metal hose sheield. Have had to remove the handheld completely while I look for a new replacement. The handheld and hose shield are metal and too heavy for a suction bracket. The head and handheld themselves are great, would pay more for a better way to attach the handheld.

Simple instructions, easy to assemble and very easy to install. Had one issue with it spraying a bit of water out of the coupler that attaches to the main pipe for the shower. I added some teflon and it solved my issue. Instructions state you don't need teflon but I did and it works perfect now.

A vast improvement over and older 3-way shower unit that I put off replacing for some time. I have low water pressure here, about 40-45 PSI, but this unit puts out a very nice stream of water. We are conserving water here, but the feature of having both shower heads running at the same time is nice to have. The removable handheld unit comes off the bracket easily and the hose attaching it is very flexible and long enough to rinse down the shower stall if desired. The hardware appears to be of very good quality and the unit is well designed and manufactured. I am sure I could have gone to HD and paid twice the price for one of the name brand units, but doubtful that they would be any better than this one. A quality unit at an attractive price.

The product came in a no-frills package without instructions but looked like the picture posted. It works well and I'm satisfied with the quality and function especially for the price. I would recommend this product.
