I upgraded my local ISP to 5 Gbs. My house was cabled with Cat 5E that would limit my ethernet speed to ~ 2 Gbs. Once I replaced the 5e with this Cat 7 I am getting the full 5 Gbs to my devices that are equipped with the proper ethernet device. I word of caution. To get the full up speed from you ISP you need to use all Cat 7 rated connectors and terminals.

Excellent quality with backwards compatibility to Cat5. I also like it is both out and inside durable, but I am using this in the garage which is both hot and cold depending on season … not exposed to sun or rain.

Using this cable with HDMI over Ethernet adapters and it works great. I had a 50ft. HDMI cable that was too long for what I needed and was just not reliable with the signal going out frequently. I even tried wireless HDMI adapters but my house is flooded with 5GHz wireless, making them unreliable as well. This cable, along with the HDMI Ethernet adapters worked far better.

I've only bought three of these so far, but this is the first manufacturer where I've even been able to buy even three cables without at least one of them failing signal strength testing out of the box, which is a sad testament about the state of the industry. Over the years, I've bought a lot of different long cables (50 to 100 feet), and I've had various problems caused by packet loss, so I bought a Fluke tester, which puts cables through actual signal strength tests to determine if there's significant signal degradation at the other end of the wire. All three of these cables passed ten test runs in a row, which likely means they won't fail in real-world video production use. I recently returned three of a competitor's 75' cables (which have almost 19,000 ratings, and 4.5 stars) because out of three cables, *two* of them failed that test. Another manufacturer's flat white cables (50-foot, I think?) had about a 50% failure rate (127k ratings, 4.5 stars) out of... I think six cables. Yet another manufacturer's red 100-foot cables had... I think a 50% failure rate out of two. (Their shorter cables were fine.) So it's good to finally find a manufacturer whose cables are properly crimped, properly connect the shield, and don't have signal integrity issues. Keep it up.

Cables are very will make, and it did fit in Cat 6A shielded jack.

I bought a 20 pack of the 1 foot cables to use between my iwillink 24 Port Patch Panel and TP-Link TL-SG1218MPE PoE Switch. Pros: - Decent price - Solidly built cable - All 20 cables worked with no issues Cons: - Because of the design/placement of the ports on my TP-Link switch the cables were a tight fit. The black plastic around the connectors on adjacent ports actually rub against each other and required some pressure to get the cable plugged into the port properly. Not ideal, but probably not an issue if you use these cables with a switch where the ports are laid out differently.
