Use to boost line signal from record players to new tech amplifiers
Not sure why some reviews are negative. I think it works great. It's just a line amp for most record players that don't have one built in. Connected my record player to it and then to my Bose inputs. FINALLY I can listen to my old records (80's rock btw lol) For those complaining about a hum, the ground wire from player to amp HAS to be connected! Oh and just buy some cheap but new RCA cables, start fresh when setting up, right?

Buzzing gone. (You have to GROUND IT!)
So far I have a huge buzzing sound after installing the unit. I admit it may be user error.Edit. Today I connected the ground to both the record player and added a ground wire screwed into the metal housing of my computer. All buzzing is gone; the album Prequelle by Ghost sounds amazing!

Great for the cost
This product works well and is great for its cost. However, the AC cable that came with it stopped working after a few weeks of use. Luckily, I had some spare cables at home and have been using a different one since then. Overall, this is an excellent product for anyone who is new to vinyl.

Excellent budget solution
I wanted to connect my turntable to a Bose Solo speaker. This preamp was easy to hook up and works fine. I can imagine that a true audiophile is going to want more control over the balance and equalization of the sound. But for just being able to play vinyl where I want to, it fills the bill.

Connects old turntable to Bose portable
We needed a go between / amp for a turntable from the 1980s, a receiver from the 1980s and a modern day Bose portable Bluetooth speaker for our teen. This did the trick and she can listen to her vinyls. The turntable is hooked into the receiver, then the receiver to this amp and then the amp to the speaker using a double red white rca cable to single into the speaker. For $12 she has a decent set up with old equipment we already had.

Good value. So far, so good.
For such an inexpensive component, it performs well and sounds great. I’ve only been running it in my system for a day, so if it fails or I run into trouble, I’ll edit this review.Clean and crisp sound. No noise. Easy to set up. The model with the on/off button is really convenient to use.I added some rubber feet. It doesn’t come with any.

Small gadget, usable
The media could not be loaded. This small pre-amp for turntable is very straight forward for incorporating into your stereo system. I just wish it delivers higher output so my receiver doesn’t need to be in -20db.
