Defective product and customer service.

Issues with staples sticking
I personally had issues with the staples sticking and was also hard to adjust. Would have been nice if they would have included a variety of staple sizes instead of just one size.

The quality seems good however the staples after stapling something seem to stick, I must push down on the papers after stapling to unstick.

Bought for home office. Easily handles thick wads of paper. Came with loads of staples that'll last me years. Feels strong and weighty and is to use.
