Very good, great effect, help to quit smoking but you must consider that it is the second step, will give you some rash but it will fade after 10 minutes and rash is better than cigarettes effect anyway, don't in any way sleep while its on you 😂 vivid dreams are 100% coming if you sleep with it.

I started on step 2, I was a vaper! 18 hours a day vaper, it hardly ever left my Hand!. I started step 2 of these along with 2mg gum, I only wear it whilst I am awake. I have had no cravings, stopped the gum after 2 weeks. I am vape free now for 1 month. I will reduce it step 3 shortly. I did get a slight headache starting the patch and I wear my low down on my tummy and it’s kept in place with the clothes. Lasts the whole day doesn’t come loose.

I used this product before, and it was excellent. The stickers were strong, stayed securely in place, and performed perfectly. However, with the new update to the sticker material, the quality has drastically declined. The stickers no longer stick properly, they’re too soft, and they easily move out of place. Please bring back the old version! I’m very disappointed and don’t know how to order the original ones anymore! :(

This is not effective., the design looks similar to an earlier product i bought, but effect is not the same at all.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about these patches since they didn't have enough reviews and were much cheaper than big brand ones on here. Nevertheless I made the plunge and purchased it anyway, today I used my last patch of these before jumping to the 14mg from the same brand tomorrow. All in all they work, didn't have any cravings when I had these on (except for the odd cravings every now and then that are of a psychological nature). I didn't experience major itching or irrittion where they were placed. I had slight itching when I first place a patch that would go in few minutes and when removing the patch it would be slightly red where it was placed but nothing major that needed worry and it would go away in a few hours after removing. Needless to say I was alternting their placements everyday.

It really helped me initially reduce my cigrettes thereafter i reduced its Mgs and now i quit smoking completely. Thanks to this product
