This is some of the best commercial pasta you can get, no doubt.

Worth It
I simply cannot digest the highly processed pasta made in the U.S. and it drives my blood sugar straight up. So I only,y eat pasta made in Italy made with their wheat and their water which I can enjoy without issue. I have eaten all of the brands meeting this criteria that are available in the U.S. ( and many that are not). Giuseppe Coco is the one I prefer in about 80% of the shapes they make. The taste is unique, cooked as directed perfect every time. I even like just admiring the beautiful packaging. Worth every penny.
