It's in German and stops working on its own

It wasn't specifyed in the description that it's in German as well as the instructions. After a short while item keeps shutting down on its own, we installed new batteries but it still keeps happening. The item is fun and we'll made, but it's impossible to use for long. Bit disappointed..
