Found this on the Amazon site, came before given date, all good! Thanks ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits Astracast Shannon pull-out tap with some fettling *by M***B on 15 December 2018* This was as a replacement for the flexible in an Astracast Shannon chrome finish pull-out tap. The original started leaking after 6 years. The rubber liner had failed. This replacement was the only one I could find after searching the web. It has 15mm male threaded connections both ends. It's overall construction is much lighter than the original. This has advantages in that it is more flexible in use, and it's much easier to get the hose end back into the tap after use. However, I suspect that it may not last as long. The other issue was that it would not thread through the tap with the tap in situ. After I removed the tap from the sink, I could see that the bosses on the new flexible were slightly too large a diameter to fit through tap's hollow fixing bolt. This was put right by taking a strip of medium grade sandpaper and rolling it round one of the bosses for about 15 minutes. This took the chrome layer off, but this does not matter if you make sure this end is the one under the sink. I cannot understand the low scores on other reviews. Generic replacements like this have to fit multiple makes and designs of original equipment and one should not be surprised if a certain amount of "fitting" is sometimes required. I have repaired my tap for under £10.
