I had a very difficult time swallowing 3 large pills, 3 large capsules and a large gelcap. The difficulty led to heaving and nausea. I can’t start each day like this. I didn’t have a chance to see if the vitamins are affective and I’m out the money because they don’t accept returns. Don’t buy this product unless you have a low gag reflex.
