Very small footprint, extremely quiet, easy to set up, plenty of power, doesn't get hot. To make up for its few USB ports, I got 10-port powered USB hubs, and spares with 7 ports in case we need them. The monitors use HDMI. They're pretty much all I hoped for when I switched our small company from using laptops as primary machines. I did this switch mainly to get more monitor real estate. We're using the same small form keyboards (pardon the dust) that we did when using the laptops on stands. I've had them set up for a month. Need speakers or a monitor with a good speaker. As far as looks are concerned, they're so small, they're barely visible. Very happy with the whole setup; and it was much less expensive than a laptop with comparable stats.

I missed a big monitor screen for my tired old eyes. I wanted off the laptop but wasn't thrilled with the prospect of a big bulky tower for my desktop. This mini is perfect and was priced right. After months of faithful service, I now feel that I can give it the 5-stars review it deserves.

This is a great value purchase if you are looking for a computer upgrade. It could use a Nividia video adapter with it's own memory instead of the supplied Intel that shares system memory but overall it functions quite well as a gaming computer. I use remote desktop to connect to it from my old laptop so I have my laptop screen and it is definitely much faster. Overall I have been very happy with my purchase after almost a year of use.

This computer has been amazing for my personal setup. A seriously good and powerful computer especially for the price. I’m able to handle all sorts of heavy editing (4K video, +800 raw photos at once) and hardly trips up even when running multiple softwares at once. Super compact powerhouse for smaller desk setups. I would recommend placing it strategically though, as the smaller case does mean less airflow through components so it gets pretty warm during longer runtimes and the fans to stay on often. They aren’t too loud but they are audible. A great Mini PC and I have considered getting a newer one

If you want to buy a Geekom product, you should be prepared to take the risk yourself. The mini PC will not work in the middle of the night, and then all the hectic problems start. Since my PC is under a three-year warranty, I contacted their customer service department, and they told me to return the defective PC, but they aren't sending a replacement in a timely manner, and they don't even respond to my emails. Also, Amazon is selling this device, but they will not help at all. I called the Amazon service center, and the agent told me to find a solution on my own. I trusted Amazon, so I bought this from Amazon, but they also showed a very unprofessional attitude. My next steps will be to report this to the BBB, the FTC, and the State Attorney General's Office for both unethical companies.

This purchase replaced a 10 year old HP desktop. I like the compactness of the unit along with the size of the HD. It's fast, really fast and has functioned well. One morning I went to use it and it was a brick. Nothing would get it to boot up. I called tech support and they told me to unplug it and hold the power button in for 30 seconds. Damn it it didn't work fine after that. They also followed up several times over the next couple of days to make sure it was still working as intended. At this point, I'm very satisfied.

[Bottom line first] This is a great little computer, period. The following is a timeline of my troubleshooting an issue that turned out to be NOT a problem with the computer at all, but with the AV receiver I'm using. I highly recommend this computer without reservation--it has given me no issues. [Troubleshooting saga] I bought this in February 2025 from Amazon, and really enjoyed it...at first. It has a great selection of ports, everything worked out of the box, and its operation was silky smooth. In the intervening months, however, the video output has proved flaky. For a while, one HDMI port seemed dead, then it came back to life. And now the video intermittently and annoyingly blanks for a few seconds at random intervals using either port. I've submitted a query to Geekom, but have received no response even though the promised 48 hour response time has elapsed. [UPDATE] It turns out there was a holiday, which slowed their response. The most important update is that their recommendation to force install the Intel video driver, available from the Geekom website (overwriting the Windows 11 driver), appears to have solved the problem. [UPDATE 2] Well, it didn't solve the problem. But I now believe the problem is not with the computer itself, but with the Yamaha RX-A2A receiver I routed the HDMI through. After updating the receiver's firmware, the problem seems to have vanished. In any event, I've been really pleased with Geekom's customer service. They have helped me troubleshoot the problem, pointed me to drivers and tutorials, and followed up with queries. I really appreciate their efforts.

small, fast and inexpensive

What a great little computer - I was amazed that such a powerful computer can be placed in such a compact design. It all operates 100%, is fast, has lot of memory and easy to set up and use. I just love this computer - and it's just so much better than the big clunkly desktop units of a bygone era.

Powerful mini computer just enough for me and with the Black Friday discount it was not to expensive.

I have 3 monitors on mine. All work well for Linux mint 21 set up as dual boot and windows 11. All software and hardware drivers work flawlesly. Happy customer. I would buy this again. I tried support from GEEKOM twice. Their response was to send me an email suggesting I buy their merchandise. It turns out the wired ethernet works on the HP Arube switch, but not the D-link hub. Wifi performance is excellent.

This little thing is very powerful, i use to edit videos on Premiere pro and Picture editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. Works like a charm, and extremely portable. Just hat i needed.
