Flare Bandage Floral Vintage Ethnic Party Beach Mini Dress (XL, Black)

I'll start off my say this dress looked great on! Really shows off the bust area, if you're into that. The pattern is just like the picture and the fabric was lightweight. As other reviewers have stated, the arms were very tight. While the dress fit fine, I wasn't able to lift my arms up at all. Unfortunately, I'm having to return the dress. If the arms were not so tight I'd definitely keep it. I typically wear a size 16 in dresses, 38D - either L or XL depending on brand. Order this in an XL and it fit great!

Too small in the arms and too long. Money down the drain.
