I used this tool free SATA to USB enclosure to recover files from an old 2.5 inch laptop SSD. Opening the case, sliding the drive into the connector, and closing it again took less than a minute and required no screws. The drive fitted securely without rattling, and my computer recognised it as soon as I connected the cable. File transfers were stable, and I was able to copy several large folders without the enclosure disconnecting or becoming excessively hot. Seem to work well. Low priced item that holds the drive snug. I didn't need to use the sticky pads provided. They might be spares. USB lead could do with being significantly longer.

This is a great wee thing. Slide in the drive, put the casing back on and...this is definitely UDB 3.0 standard, it's fast and the enclosure is durable. Easily portable. Just one thing though - the cable length is only about 6 inches, but it's got both USB connectors. Apart from cable length, this is just what you need to get your wee 2.5" hdd up and running.

Ordered this to be able to read an old SSD card. Very easy to use, can be used to Mac or normal PC as it has USB-C and normal ( USB-A) connector that is all attached ( so you can keep everything together). Description is very easy to follow. Little foam sticker included in case needed a lift for the drive to the connector. Unfortunately my SSD is too old and didnt read, but definitely works as the blue light came up immediately. Even though i couldnt use it for now, i keep it as its a very good product in case i will need an outer SSD for extra storage.

USB接続のケースは持っていますが、これはUSBに加えてType-cも使えるのでとても便利です。 当方はPCデータのバックアップ用として購入しましたが、Type-cでAndroidに接続してみましたが問題なく使えました。 Androidは用途別に複数台所有しているので、今回はPC用としてではなくスマホデータのバックアップとして使います。とても満足の逸品です。

Adaptateur de haute qualité, SSD parfaitement adapté, rapide, tout fonctionne à merveille.

Particulièrement intéressant car en USB3 Mettre un SSD dans le boitier, le fermer et le connecter et tout fonctionne immédiatement. Seul bémol le câble de liaison est un peu court dans certaine configuration d'ordinateur desktop. Mais avec un portable c'est nickel. Je recommande pour ceux qui en besoin.
