black black cocoa. Does not taste as chocolaty as Dutch process, taste like an oreo cookie. If this is what you want, this is a good product. Good price.

I bought this for the Dutch processed words and the fact it was King Arthur. I didn’t see the “black” part until I received it. I made frozen chocolate custard with it. Recipe called for 2 c. Cream and 1 c. Milk. I increased the cream and milk to make an extra c. with 6 egg yolks. The finished product was still very intense with the 1/2 c cocoa. I will try again with a little less cocoa.because it is a great recipe for my ice cream machine. Made some really dark custard.

J'ai fait des biscuits Oreo avec ce cacao noir et mes biscuits ont disparu trop vite sous la dent de mes convives. J'ai vu qu'il y avait une belle recette de biscuits sur le sac et la prochaine fois, je vais l'essayer et d'après cette recette, je crois que les biscuits seront bien meilleur que ceux que j'ai fait. Je recommande fortement ce produit.
