How do I sync the volume with my car? When the Bluetooth disconnects, my car radio ends up being so much louder.

The instructions that come with the transmitter says to raise the volume on the device (twist the knob clockwise) and increase the volume on your phone. This way you don't have to turn up the volume on your radio so loud that it knocks you through the back window when you disconnect the transmitter. I doubt that last part is actually in the instructions.

What should I do if my music sounds great but not phone calls? People tell me i sound staticy

Try changing the transmitter and radio to another channel. Sometime interference from another radio station close to that frequency or power lines will make the phone calls staticy.

Does it drain down when car is on?

If you mean, "does it drain the battery while the ignition switch is turned on" I'm sure there there is a slight drain on the battery. I have set for a couple hours with the engine off and listened to music. Had no problem with battery drainage.
