Review: So far so good - I was using an hdmi extender with a built in IR extender to contol my spectrum cable box between floors of my house. The video portion worked great, but there were a lot of issues with the IR extender. Besides having to choose between multiple channels to figure out which one worked best, it still had delay issues. Decided to give this a try. Unplugged the old IR connections and set this up. No channel selections, easy set up, and it worked better than my old setup ever did. Delay issues went away. So far, extremely happy and I would recommend. Review: Works well. Small. - Recommend. Works very well with a Sony Stereo Receiver. The transmission and receiver “pucks/discs” are pretty small(little bigger than a quarter) and very light weight. The weight of the power cord can pull/move them. I would suggest some Velcro tape to help hold them in correct positions. ## Features - ▶▶Wireless Repeater- The Best Choice for Fashion：This is an creative product to hide the components which is controlled by the infrared remote controller, suitable for families, companies, hotels, etc. The people who are tidy and fashional, can use this artifact to hide their A/V components in an entertainment system cabinet or wardrobe to get more clean. - ▶▶Broad Compatibility:Operating at 20-60KHz, our infrared components are designed for broad compatibility with mainstream infrared devices including DVD players, cable/satellite boxes, and audio/Hi-Fi systems. My receiver is around the corner about 25’ to 30’ away total distance. This controls my outdoor stereo with zero lag. Easy to set up, easy to use. However, instructions say when you test, the blue light will flash. No, the blue light does not flash, it is solid when you press a button on your remote! ## Frequently Bought Together - Fourair Infrared Wireless IR Repeater Long Range 500 Feet and IR Remote Control Extender Repeater Kit Infrared IR Extender for Expansion (IR Emitter and Receiver) (Wireless) - Sewell SW-32988 Direct BlastIR Wireless Pro IR Repeater, Remote Control Extender Kit (IR Emitter and Receiver),Black - FosPower Banana Plugs 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Closed Screw 24K Gold Plated Speaker Plug Connectors for Speaker Wire, Wall Plate, Home Theater, Audio/Video Receiver, Amplifiers and Sound Systems --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/555154855-infrared-wireless-ir-repeater-long-range-500-feet-and-ir](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/555154855-infrared-wireless-ir-repeater-long-range-500-feet-and-ir) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
