I've had this unit since November 2024 and use it to rip audiobooks to my PC. As of recently this unit refuses to be detected or even open the drive bay to load and unload. When I press the button it either does nothing at all or the light will blink and then do nothing. I've written to the manufacturer and we will see if they can help with this, otherwise it is just another piece of trash that was hardly used before it died on me.
