Bought to hook my Xbox series x to my new high end netgear router. All new gen. Xbox’s still only have 1 gig Ethernet ports which kinda sucks since my netgear router has 2.5G Ethernet ports and is supported by ISP. Compared to regular Cat6 Ethernet cable I did see an increase in up and download speeds on my Xbox and now at the capacity of my xbox’s Ethernet bandwidth capability. The smolink cat8 Ethernet cable is the best cat8 cable I’ve bought out of the couple so far, the plugs lock in secure to Ethernet ports and never have any connection issues like other brands I’ve tried. The flat ribbon cable is nice and sleek and installs very nicely and lays nice and flat if needed. Would absolutely buy again and highly recommend for the price!
