Complex flavour and delicious
Lovely Korma mix--the use of the dried spices really adds complexity to the flavour. You can also vary the "heat" by omitting or only using part of the dried chilli--I found half was enough. The pack suggests adding water to thin the mix slightly --I found coconut milk worked very well. The Keralan Coconut Curry is also very good.

So very flavorful! And it's fun to prepare. What a great idea to bring the spices from India for us to cook up into a delicious chicken dish! The price is right, and it really is a wonderful meal, so easy to prepare! Don't hesitate. Buy it!
