Everything I thought it would be, and more!!
Having done Insanity and Insanity The Asylum Vol 1 back to back I expected this workout to be a killer, and it is. I cannot fault this workout as the results speak for themselves. I'm in week 2 and I never thought I could get fitter than I could after doing Insanity...how wrong I am! After doing Vol 1 I lost 9 inches from my body, and already I can see (in my clothes) that the inches continue to fall off!!! :-)I will say, you have to be committed or you will be wasting your money! I'm doing it with a friend who's a school teacher, and I'm a Fitness Instructor, so the only time we can fit it in is at 6am before work.....like I said you have to be committed!! If you want to change you body and how you feel, this workout will tick all the boxes. I would advise that you do at least the 60 day Insanity programme before attempting this! Good luck!!

The work doesn't start until you're tired!
I have just completed week 2 with my 12 year old son. Would say we've finally got the hang of the footwork, which is more complicated than Asylum vol 1. We're enjoying(?!) it, and are both stronger. My son plays alot of tennis and he and his coaches have noticed, after completing Vol 1 and doing 2 weeks of vol 2, that he is hitting the ball harder and his footwork and speed to the ball have improved. My one gripe is that one minute in the Asylum sometimes feels like forever!

Better than insanity.
I love Asylum more than Insanity workout. It's more than just the cardio. Definitely no for beginners!!! If you survived Insanity ... This is your next levelIt's for improving strength, endurance and agility. It's the hardest workout I ever did , but I love it!

Excellent progression
Good workout with several progressions. The workouts are more focussed on Strength now and the Agility moves are more complicated. I also like the extra ab shredder to boost your results. The tutorial is a good foundation for the agility moves, unfortunately it's without music wich makes it a bit quiet. Overall a recommendation to het further. What i like about the asylum is that it start at a higher level instead of starting at a beginner level al over like many other workouts do. This workout has pushed me to higher fitness levels and my body shows it. I Am very happy with this work out!

A killer workout
I loved insanity asylum volume 1 but volume 2 crancks up the intensity. More agility (watch the tutorial before starting otherwise U could have problems following the sequences), more strenght (using dumbbells and power bands) and more commitment with killer results. You have to have a jump rope and the agility ladder from volume 1.
