The foam bed and thickness of the neck pillow have plastic needles covering thousands of acupressure points. Choose the regular acupressure mat with 8,910 acupressure points or the longer acupressure mat with 11,178 acupressure points. Acupressure therapy activates pressure points along your body’s meridian lines, stimulating and promoting healing. Ideal for muscle recovery during post-workout or during savasana at the end of a yoga session. Acupressure helps release tension in tight areas like the back, neck, and feet.. The material is made of 100% cotton and plant-based eco foam which can be hand washed. The regular mat measures 26 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches and the longer version measures 51 by 19 inches. Both pillows are 14 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches. Both mats provide full back coverage while the longer mat provides coverage from the back to the legs which can be more suitable for someone taller and better for a full-body massage session. ## Features - PAIN REDUCTION – Naturally reduce muscle tension, back pain and headaches by simply laying on the mat daily for 10-30 minutes. Acupressure releases endorphins that block pain and helps relax the muscles massaging your back, neck and feet. - FULL SUPPORT – Both cushioned foam mats are large enough to fit your full back. The longer version of the acupressure mat covers full-body, ideal for a taller person and for full-body relaxation. Unlike many mats that only cover your back, both sets include a pillow covered in acupressure points for neck support and more holistic pain relief. - RELAXATION & STRESS RELIEF – Lay back and relax onto this “bed of needles” to massage pressure points that help release tight muscles as an exercise recovery tool and release stress. Use prior to bedtime to improve your rest and reduce insomnia. - INCREASED ENERGY & POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY - Thousands of acupressure points stimulate nerves and improve post-workout recovery, making it great for active individuals and athletes as well as those who sit at a desk all day. - 2 HIGH-QUALITY SIZES – Made of 100% thick cotton & plant-based eco foam, the regular acupressure mat has 8,910 acupressure points with 11 available colors and the long acupressure mat has 11,178 acupressure points with 4 available colors to fit your preference; both neck pillows of both mats have 1,782 acupressure points. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B00I1QCPXK | | Benefits | Pain Relief, Stress Relief, Fatigue Relief | | Best Sellers Rank | 99,202 in Health & Personal Care (See Top 100 in Health & Personal Care) 226 in Acupressure (Health & Personal Care) | | Brand Name | ProSource | | Colour | Large - Green/White | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (27,450) 4.2 out of 5 stars | | Form Factor | Rug | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00810244021293 | | Included Components | Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set | | Item Dimensions L X W X H | 63.5L x 40W x 2.5H centimetres | | Item Nype Name | Acupressure Mat and Pillow Sets | | Item Weight | 635 g | | Manufacturer | ProsourceFit | | Manufacturer Part Number | ps-1203-accuset-green | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Limited Lifetime Warranty | | Massage Therapy Technique | Acupressure | | Massager Form | Massage Mat | | Material Type | Cotton, Foam, Plastic | | Model Name | ps-1203-accuset-green | | Model Number | ps-1203-accuset-green | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Style Name | Original | | Target Use Body Part | Back, Head, Neck | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Upc | 810244021293 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ProSource - **Colour:** Large - Green/White - **Item weight:** 907 g - **Massager form:** Massage Mat - **Material:** Cotton, Foam, Plastic - **Power source:** Manual - **Product benefits:** Pain Relief, Stress Relief, Fatigue Relief - **Product dimensions:** 63.5L x 40W x 2.5H centimetres - **Specific uses for product:** Back Pain, Neck Pain, Headaches, Muscle Tension, Insomnia, Stress, Post-Workout Recovery - **Use for:** Back, Head, Neck ## Images ![ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zNL+E4QmL.jpg) ![ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Kxx8PXgrL.jpg) ![ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81QNb5cy0lL.jpg) ![ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zGHYqauBL.jpg) ![ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81iC9o2htBL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relief *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 November 2016* I recommend this to clients and friends. It has helped ease muscles that are aching or been 'pulled'.Takes some time to get used to as the plastic spikes can feel uncomfortable but the overall feeling is good.Recommend if you are unable to get to a Scenar therapist and can use this as complimentary! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it, I sit on mat everyday whilst I ... *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 March 2015* I love it, I sit on mat everyday whilst I drive.
