used to squeezy bottle but thought would try this pot, was skeptical at first but found it so easy to use. A big plus is it will last for ever, not needing to be replaced at regular intervals like the bottle, so will save a bit of expense, always a good thing. Love it thank you. I have seen a celebrity using water from his hot tap, a big no no, please all, use cooled, boiled water and be safe

It's not the end of the world that the salt is full of black bits but I thought it would be pure. It's not safe to use as a nasal rinse

Great use, a lot of salt came with it, I have rather small / narrow nostrils and found no issue with using this even using boiling water from a kettle to make the solution I had no worries. Mine came with a defect which concerned me in regards to germs, started the return today and have bought a replacement, will update my review once the new one arrives.
